PAYMENT TERMS

IMPORTANT ...!!!

In order to secure the date & to avoid misunderstanding all confirmed order must be followed by payment (total amount agreed between Customer & Cakeschocolates Collection) to the Bank Account given in the email.

1. Order less than RM 150 - required full payment

2. Order from RM 150 - RM 600
- 50% deposit is required
- Balance of 50% to be paid on pick up date or customer can choose to pay early

3. Order above than RM 600 (usually for bulks order)
- once the order is confirmed, we require 70% deposit
- another 30% to be paid via bank account 2 days before pick up/delivery date


NOTE:

Customer will be given an ample time to make their payment & we will send a reminder; but if no payment made / failure to make payment on the last due date, your order is considered not confirmed and the date is open for other customers.

Refund - Order Changes & Cancellation

- Small Order : No refund for any cancellation less than 48hrs
- Bulks order : Any cancellation less than 2 weeks you are scheduled to pick up your order will effect the total refund to you.
